Are you playing vanilla? If you have any mods, try removing them all and see if you will get the same error. Mods can sometimes cause this error. What version are you running on your Java Edition?

1. Run Minecraft as Administrator

Right-click the Minecraft Launcher

Select Run as administrator

Try loading your single-player world again

2. Temporarily Disable Background Apps

Some overlays or tools (like Razer Synapse, MSI Afterburner, Discord overlays, etc.) can trigger this error. Try:

Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager

We understand you are having issues with Minecraft keeps crashing with this error code: 1073740791. Upon checking my resources here, this error code is usually caused by outdated drivers (especially graphic card driver) or by having the D3DGear installed.
If you have D3DGear installed on your system, please uninstall it. Also, Minecraft had this issue with a version of the Nvidia graphics driver that was causing Java games to crash.

This error means the game's VRAM usage has exceeded the amount of VRAM available to your GPU. Try reducing your game's resolution, this will reduce VRAM usage. However if the issue persists, it may be time to upgrade to a new GPU with more memory.
