    hi on Sunday 13th I was talking to a agent called sergelgn about an issue I was having when I was gifted a £10 gift card she said that I was to do one of these she also gave me a code to give you so this may help you the code was [mod removed] now
    I'm hoping you can help with this problem

    Unfortunately phone support sends people here to report gamertags, but that's actually wrong. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums. The proper way to report another gamer is by filing a complaint via the console.
