    I have been waiting for an answer from Xbox or EA about my one month free access code that I haven't recevied and it's been 2 weeks and no one has answered me . I'm just fed up with waiting for content I was promised on getting when I preordered and I've
    never recieved it . Please help quickly because this is just dumb

    I will try but I'm just really upset that I has gotten ban when I had done nothing wrong I just wish the enforcement team would let me tell the rest of what happend I step of just 500 characters I was told that I would have gotten a solution by now but nothing has happened......I'm ... :(

    Losing connection to host, and more.. getting irritated with always not being connected!

    Also having my "server connection time out" every single day! Now I don't really know what all this means but I've talked to my ISP about it they've made trips to my house to "fix" it and I've been in contact with customer support but nothing has helped
    this.. I'm wondering if it's someone that's gotten upset with me over playing or what but it's definitely getting too much to handle.

    As long as you reported them, the enforcement team will investigate and take the appropriate action. Investigations can take time so nothing may happen immediately. You may receive a thank you message from them when they do take action, but they don't always send that. So there is no way of knowing 100% when they are given an enforcement action.

    Same thing has happened to me twice! Called them up and they told me that it happens and there's nothing they can do for me. Gotta love it. Reaching 100 now would be a miracle.
