    Sea of theievs Mix pot reward missing- Flint lock pistol

    i watched the sea of thieves stream about a month ago with my microsoft mixer account and yet I have not recieved the mix pot

    E3 2018 mixpot

    For issues with Mixer and the Mixpots you need to have had your Xbox Account linked to your mixer account, if this was not done whilst you were watching them, then they will not have been sent to you.

    If you did have your xbox account linked, then you need to contact the mixer support / forums to inform them that you have not received them. Usually they are sent out upto 3 weeks after the stream.
    I contacted mixer support first, they told me to contact xbox support and xbox support told me to post here saying that the mods here can get me what i should have gotten...

    i was linked and got last years mix pot no problem...

    Haven't received Sea of Thieves promotional items from latest Mixer stream

    Hi. I tuned in the live InsideXbox you had on Mixed but I did not received the Obsidian Drum and Spyglass. I linked microsoft account to mixed
    of course, but it seems it does not work.

    I contacted sea of thieves support days ago and they told me to contact mixer support

    Mixer support told me to contact xbox support

    Xbox support told me to contact developer's support

    Developer's support told me to contact again mixer support that told me to check if I got the item in https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders but
    I do not. So they told me to contact the xbox support that told me to write my problem here.
