    I was told by customer support to create a thread here since I have not received my Dark Souls ...


    I've waited 13 of the 7 to 10 days. Will I be getting the code as promised or has there been some type of change in the conditions we both agreed to when you took my money?

    A proper response rather than a dodge would be very much appreciated.

    I have no received my preorder code for Dark Souls

    I was told to make a post about this here by the xbox chat support. I purchased Dark Souls 3 on Feb. 17 and have yet to receive my code for Dark Souls 1 on xbox one. I was also linked to the post originally made by GetJackRyan in which Mister Quimby posted,

    Hey everyone!

    We went ahead and merged your posts together for better visibility. If you have pre-ordered Dark Souls 3 and still have not received your code, you should be receiving your codes shortly. If you do not receive your code by Friday March 4th via Xbox Live
    message, please create a new thread so that we so that we can look into your eligibility further. Thank you for your continued patience!

    I am posting this thread now to verify that i have not received my code, but understand that we should receive it by the 4th. I just hope that this date is accurate since the original 7-10 estimate was not.

    Dark Souls Code Not RECEIVED

    I was told by the Xbox support to make a post about my issue. I preordered Dark Souls 3 Deluxe Edition on the 27th and I have not yet received the original Dark Souls code.

    Sincere apologies for the delay! The Dark Souls codes you get for pre-ordering Dark Souls III on Xbox One have not sent out yet. Since codes have not gone out yet, please make a new post if you don't receive your Dark Souls for Xbox 360 code by the end of
    Friday, Mar. 4th.

    Keep in mind that it can take up to 24 hours for a response from us, so there's no need to bump your thread. I was told by customer support to create a thread here since I have not received my Dark Souls ... :)
