I was suspended unfairly twice in a row!

So I was on my Xbox earlier today and I was just watching some anime on Microsoft edge, when I tried to change my gamerpic and it told me I couldn't because I was suspended. So I checked it out and it was a communication ban, which, mind you, since the
last suspension I haven't texted anyone anything harmful or offensive or did I say anything in a party that was offensive. The most "harmful" thing I said to someone within the time I wasn't suspended was, "get off Saturn" which was to my friend whom which
I and he was playing destiny, so that couldn't have been taken offensively at all. Also the last time I think I was suspended for saying, "that's pretty
[Mod removed- Inappropriate]" because I was responding to some random guy saying I love you. Which is justified because it was. So now the main problem now is that I can't even apply it to be looked over which in my opinion is ridiculous. And
both of these suspensions were 14 days (two weeks) so they are legible for an overview, but when I click on the "Apply" button it does nothing. So I'm assuming that most people will understand that I'm a little more than furious at this point. So I guess my
question is Xbox can you help me out and review my case?

Hey I'm sorry that your going through this problem. It could be a number of things that could have gotten you banned, your friends could have reported you just for laughs, you might have said something that you wouldn't think was inconsiderate but someone
else did...etc. The only solution I believe that is helpful right now is to contact Xbox Support and be calm talk to them to find out why was you banned the second time. I hope this is helpful, sorry again that your going through this.

Bans are not immediate there is a review process that takes place so the infraction could have taken place some time ago.

Even if I was reported for something months ago or I was reported that long ago, I still can't recall saying anything offensive towards anyone, in fact I'd go as far as to say I actually haven't really been speaking to anyone till recently, besides facetiming
one of my friends to play with him because he has no mic.

The only way to review a case is through the enforcement website and the case review button.

You said when you click on the apply for a review button it does nothing have you tried a different browser possibly?

Tried clearing your internet cache?

Also this suspension could have been from something months ago there is no statute of limitations on an offense if you did something to violate the code of conduct months ago and the person just now reports it and the enforcement team determines that it
was a violation of the code of conduct they will suspend the account.
