    Hi Michael!

    Please confirm on https://enforcement.xbox.com/ if you no longer have any active suspension.

    If there's none, try to change your custom gamerpic using an Xbox app on mobile. Let me know if you could upload an image. Generally, it could take few days before it's approved.

    The same thing happend to me but instead I actually did have a somewhat profile picture that could be considered controversial, it was a Trump 2020 profile picture but somehow I got a communication suspension out of it even though it had nothing to do with communications, ive been suspended before for having an inappropriate profile picture about a year ago and this didnt happen, I just got suspended by not being able to customize my profile picture.
