I was suspended and its now gone but still cant communicate

I was suspended for communication and during this time I couldn't be at parties or talk at parties. once it was over its been a whole week or so and I still can't talk in parties and I've tried with Xbox support but they don't help. does anyone know what
I should do?

I removed the account. unplugged for about 30 seconds plugged right back in and logged in again. didn't work either. I checked my enforcement and I had them but they ended the 2nd. but I still haven't been able to talk in party

Try holding down the power button until the console turns off, unplug it, plug it back in, then turn it back on. Sometimes it needs to resync.

that didnt work. i left it for about 20 minutes, came back and nothing

Do i unplug the power brick? from the wall or just the power from the xbox

Have you tried removing your profile from the console and adding it back?

Have you checked your enforcement history to make sure that your account has not gotten another enforcement action? enforcement.xbox.com

When you try and start a party or join a multiplayer game does it give you a message saying that there is an enforcement action against your account?
