    I was supposed to get 12,000 points for ordering Tom Clancy's Wildlands and did not get them


    Sorry for the re-post on this but mine was locked so I can't post to it.

    On 3/9 - I contacted xbox support via chat about the offer. That support representative told me if I purchased the game online through that site I would get the points. I followed everything I was instructed to do and bought the delux edition after he
    refunded me for my initial purchase. He said the initial purchase didn't get me the points because I bought it from the wrong link (thus the refund and re-buy via the link he gave me). Once that was done he told me it all looked good and I should see my
    points within 30 days. How do I get what I was promised from support?

    missing rewards for multiple games

    I am missing my 15,000 point rewards for Tom Clancy's Wildlands and for Infinite Warfare. i never got them. Hope i also get them for pre ordering WWII.

    would also like a refund for Infinite Warfare because its a terrible game.

    Missing rewards credits

    I purchased Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands on 3/7/17. The promotion being offered was 10,000 points for the Standard Edition, 12,000 for the Gold Edition and 15,000 for the Deluxe Edition. I purchased the Standard Edition but, as of today, I still have
    not received the 10,000 rewards points for this purchase. How do I get this corrected? Am I doing something wrong? This is the second time I've not been credited rewards points for an item I've purchased.

    Phone and chat support do not handle the Rewards program at all so they don't have correct information regarding offers. If the game was not purchased as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com then the purchase was not eligible so you wouldn't be able to
    receive the credits.
