I was sent codes Via message and they vanished before I could use them

I was sent codes for Doom and Doom 2 for the xbox 360 via message and I got home to use them and they were gone. I had no messages from xbox when I got home. Is there anyway you can assist in getting them back.

Codes I lost were for Doom and Doom 2

Received codes through LIVE messages Late last year, unable to use.

Received codes through LIVE messages Late last year, was using LFG at the time so was receiving lots messages and the code messages were gone before I could use them. Wondering if they can be Re-Sent through messages or Email?

Limbo code lost from my messages

still doesn’t explain why part of the post vanished?

The Gears of War 4 bundle included the codes inside the box, and were not sent out via Xbox Live message. Only digital pre-orders would have been sent the codes through Xbox Live messages.

That isn’t what gears of war site itself says so im gunna say that’s incorrect https://gearsofwar.com/en-us/games/gears-of-war-ultimate-edition/backwards-compatibility and
since I bought the gears of war xbox special bundle (my xbox and controller are the gears of war model) it was supposed to include them all only the code for 4 was included and i did play gears during the times specified but the codes never came

I did check all packaging there where no further codes and walmart doesn’t help after 90 days

From what I understand they sent the codes to people via the Xbox message thing on the console. I don't recall seeing it but I could be wrong.
