However, before that, I would like to ask:

May I know if you are using a VPN on your devices, or at router level?
Did you try using a custom DNS on your devices?

I would like to let you know that bypassing geographical restrictions to access features not available in your country can lead to a Microsoft account suspension.

I know this is not the outcome you expected, but we’re not able to assist if you’re using a VPN to access cloud gaming.
