Discus and support I was removed from Xbox ambassadors before be ambassador! in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I just accomplished on November 2017 the age requirement to be ambassador...     I was removed from Xbox ambassadors before be ambassador!


    I just accomplished on November 2017 the age requirement to be ambassador... But when I enter to Xbox ambassadors page says "You have been removed from the Xbox Ambassadors Program. This could be due to a lapse in your Xbox
    Live Gold Membership     or an Enforcement action on your account. For additional support, please visit the Ambassadors
    Acces    ..." What could happened?

    You sure that isn't the XBOX ambassador level? (I think ambassador is the right namelol)

    Rumor, MS is expanding voluntary tech supports

    They've been using ambassadors for chat support for some time now. So in a way, they kind of were.

    The Ambassador requirements are as follows:

    • You must be at least 17 years of age or older.
    • You must have at least 1500 Gamerscore.
    • You must have an active Xbox Live Gold membership.
    • You must have no prior Enforcement actions against your account within the last year.

    You can send an Xbox message to "XboxAmbassadors" if you have any more questions about your account's eligibility.

    The Ambassador bot appears offline from time to time to update things here and there, it should come back online momentarily.

    Do not attempt to remove the bot before talking to official XBOX Support staff or XBOXAmbassadors via the XBOX Ambassadors Support forum.

    Just to confirm..found this on a thread from last year which was a response from the Ambassador support people to someone:

    "When an Xbox Ambassador receives an enforcement, their Ambassador status is automatically removed. Their account then becomes ineligible to rejoin. In the future, we may allow former Ambassadors to return; however, there is no guarantee that this will happen."

    It also shows a screenshot which confirms the one year enforcement action requirement
