Discus and support I was redirected YET AGAIN to here in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I have contacted support three times in the past two weeks about this issue and they sent me to Xbox rewards support who sent me back to regular...     I was redirected YET AGAIN to here


    I have contacted support three times in the past two weeks about this issue and they sent me to Xbox rewards support who sent me back to regular support who sent me to the xbox rewards forum who sent me here. For the past three months, I have completed the
    xbox quests, but I have not received a mystery gift or any indication of my participation. I know I have completed the requirements because for the multiplayer or gameplay requirements, I would time my play. I am getting tired of nothing being done about the
    rewards that I have missed and the lack of progress being shown. The quest tracker hasn't updated for me since this all began, and I would like something to be done about it.

    Quests are not part of either Rewards program. This forum is supposed to be the correct place to receive support for them, but support has been MIA.

    I would love to know where the support has disappeared to for Quests. This is ridiculous. Why have a program if you can't keep it up?
