I was permitly ban and its been 4 days

It doesn't matter if you know a person in real life. It's a violation of the code of conduct to let anyone else use your account.

I did got upheld but i did nothing.This why everyone is going to ps4.My freind has xbox app he said can i play,I said ok I did not know he did that. My reputation is good why am I banned?

You DID do something though. As Smwutches states it doesnt matter if you know them in real life. Letting someone else use your account is against the terms of service regardless. That in and of itself is a bannable offense (not including your account being
used to promote cheats) You are responsible for all actions that happen on your account.

To add this is not why people are moving to Playstation because Playstation actually has almost the exact same rules.

Sharing accounts on Playstation is against their rules as well and if this same thing happened on Playstation (a friend using your account to promote cheats) you would have gotten a permanent ban on PSN as well because again, your account is your responsibility
on PSN just as it is on Xbox Live.

This is just a lesson to be learned from at this point as to why you shouldnt share your account.

No one here on the forums will have any information or detail on your suspension.

The only point of contact is to submit a case review and wait for the result of the review.

Rep has nothing to do with suspensions. Your account is your responsibility at all times. Sharing accounts is a violation of the code of conduct as well.
