    Hello my name is Alexis and I've already talked about how I was banned for something I didn't do I want to talk about what I think happened. Xbox banned me for Market place fraud even though I buy all my stuff with Microsoft gift cards what I think happened is Walmart sold me 3 fraudulent gift cards and got me banned its a long run but hear me out I have 3 Market place fraud bans and I bought 3 xbox gift cards what I think what happened is these gift cards must be either marked as stolen or Walmart didn't do something right I tried to contact xbox enforcement but all it says for my case is not approved which isn't fair I didn't even get a chance to prove i didn't do anything I wish to speak to the xbox enforcement and request a real chance to get to speak my side of the story I even have receipts to prove I didn't steal anything please people from the forums give me a chance to talk with enforcement.

    Sorry, but yes. Since you submitted a review that means the enforcement team have investigated your account twice and determined both tomes that something was done to violate the code of conduct/terms of service.

    The case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. Since they upheld their decision, there is nothing else that can be done.

    If you go to Wal-Marts site it says there it is a Wal-Mart exclusive. So you'd only be able to buy it there or from the Live store on the console.
