I was permanently banned for no reason i did nothing wrong Help me please

Hello to everyone reading this I’m in need of some assistance regarding my account being banned some of might say go to the enforcement site to write a case review I did ,I have spoken to 9 support staff and all of them told me that my ban in there eyes
is unfair 8/out nine told to write a case review 5/9 tried to help me on a level they aren’t supposed to and all 5 of hit a brick wall which mean there abilities were limited 8/9 told to write after I did this I waited 58hrs for a response from the enforcement
team after I receive the response I was threatened by whom ever responded to me say that if he find a out that Supporting Fraudulent Activity, harsher suspension will be issued and may be permanent. I do not see what did was wrong. All i did was refunded what
my little brother bought and gifted on my account how is that wrong how is that market theft if your calling the I bought and aloud to keep market theft so does that mean if I buy vbucks from fortnite refund them and I get to keep the skin market theft how
is that fair the items that I bought and refunded where supposed to be talking away which was said in the refund form that you to fill out now if the items that you where supposed to take off my account was lifted on the account by you how did I commit market
thief what did do wrong how are you going to permanently ban all of my accounts and only give one of them 2 weeks how if that fair i did nothing wrong and 9/9 supporters told that I did nothing wrong and I was banned unfairly now there’s nothing that they
could so they sent me to the same enforcement team that banned me the same people that threatened me that’s accusing me of something I have no control over all I wanted to do was refund what my little brother bought without my permission how does that receive
a permanent banned how now if there’s anyone out there that can help someone with a heart that can see the truth in this story please help me

how did they threaten you, if it was from an email then make a complaint to microsoft and copy the email to them, if by phonecall then you would have not been speaking to one of the enforcement team.

if you have submitted a case review and this was upheld then that is it.

must be something you did wrong somewhere.

also that username is not the best of choices.

digital refund form Yes it is says the items will be removed but they wasnt and i receive a permanent ban on all the account on my xbox the i did get perma ban on is on that doesnt matter

if they did threaten you and you have that in the email they sent then gladly report this to Microsoft.

They only communicate via email or the enforcement site and all corrospondence is recorded.

how did they threaten you, was it in an email or by phone (like i say enforcement dont phone)

I did nothing wrong and the guy from enfroment team threaten me abd told me not to do a next case review Or I will receive a harsher punishment but don’t how it could get worse if I cant play my Xbox how it that fair

The enforcement team do not use the forums so there is nothing anyone here can do.

Support are nothing whatsoever to do with xbox live enforcement so it does not matter what they think.

If you have filed for a case review & the decision was upheld then that's it,there is nothing else you can do.

You might want to read through & follow the Community Standards
to prevent this from happening again.
