I was permanently banned and I only had three strikes

You have the option to file an appeal, if you have already filed it, and it was rejected, unfortunately nothing more can be done since they are the only ones who handle these types of cases.

Unfortunately, here in the forum, no one can help with this type of case since this is only handled by a team in charge through the Enforcement page. In fact, not even the support handles this type of case, that is, they cannot give you a solution either, in case If you want to see your ban and file a possible appeal, you can enter the following link:

I’ve looked here and there’s no information about why i was banned it said i have never had a strike against my xbox account and no reports and under that it says permanent ban and by it no further details regarding the ban.

A permanent ban just for a gamer pic and my first strike

I need a second appeal please. My account has been wrongfully banned and I need someone to hear me out. My 14 year old little brother was on my account and he decided send a voice message to someone because they were greifing and he said some things he shouldn’t say and I take full accountability for that. The problem is that we were given a two day suspension and two strikes for it and after we got past the suspension we received a permanent ban even though we only had two strikes. I have been a loyal customer for almost a decade and we have had this account for almost a decade with little to no issues. If you can please just give us one more chance and our account back this will never happen again. If you can’t unban can you at least give us access to our games and other stuff that we have purchased.

You only get one case review. Thats it. There isnt any way to get a second one.

You can get a permanent ban with only 1 strike depending on what happened so how many previous strikes you have doesnt really have any bearing on whether you could get permanently banned or not.

As long as you had your xbox setup as your home Xbox under the account that made the purchases then any other account on that same system can access your purchases. Other than that everything is forfeited when an account is banned.
