    I was permanently banned a few year back and would like to recover my account.


    About 5 years ago my old account was permanently banned, I never knew the reason why. When I would login on the enforcement website my record was clean and I had no strikes or anything. I wouldn’t give me an option to submit an appeal either since my record was good. The account was a gem of mine, so can someone helped me out with this.

    Dang, when it was first banned it never gave me an option either. But thanks for the info.

    The only way to possibly have had it unbanned was by submitting a case review with the enforcement team. As it has been well over 1 year since the ban was issued, they would no longer review it, so there is nothing that can be done.

    hello, my xbox account has been permanently banned from xbox live nor can I login to the account, Ive been suspended before but it has been months and I checked enforcement history and its doesnt show why ive been permanently banned, ive done nothing to break the rules to get banned and Id really love to have my account back, ive been a loyal customer and ive spent hundreds of dollars and had the account for a few years, its really annoying that ive been banned permanently for no reason and I lost everything and many friends that I had for years, so can someone please unban my account and give me back everything, my gamertag is Ehlmz.

    Hacked by a hacker and now I'm permanently banned on Xbox without any warning and I'm only at 5/8 strikes.

    That didn't help me recover my account whatsoever, I'm still permanently banned and lost all my money I have spent throughout the years and my progress .Is there anyway I can get UNBANNED?
