    I purchased Watch_Dogs and the Season pass isn't working?

    So I purchased the Watch Dogs 1 + Watch Dogs 2 Gold Editions Bundle

    But the DLC for Watch_Dogs is not letting me download it, No matter what i do it's just telling me to buy them individually again. Any clue why? I'm starting to get a bit annoyed.

    I haven't received my £10 for my pre order of watchdogs 2 and it has been 10 days

    Hello there, I contacted someone from the support team the other week about a £10 gift voucher I should have received within 7-10 days for my pre order for watch dogs 2 gold edition but it's been that amount of time and I still haven't received it yet I was order the watch dogs 2 gold edition! But i have the normal one?!! Why?? :(

    Hey there,

    Since the Gold Edition is technically considered a 'bundle', do the individual items included with the Gold Edition (along with the base Watch Dogs 2 game itself) show as owned on the Xbox Store?

    For example, visit the
    Watch_Dogs 2 -Season Pass     store page and let us know if the season pass shows up as owned or if it asks you to purchase.

    I'm having the same issue, I Pre-ordered Watch Dogs 2, Mafia 3 and Final Fantasy XV. Both Watch Dogs 2 and Mafia 3 have "you Pre-ordered" underneath them but Final Fantasy doesn't even though I have downloaded it to my console already. My decision to Pre-order
    Final Fantasy was influenced by this offer so I really want my points. ;)

    All Credit and Deposit events can be found on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can use that to see that those Credits were a part of your November 9 2016 deposit. You subsequently spent that deposit on a purchase of Watch Dogs 2 - Gold Edition
    pre-order on November 13th.
