HELP !!

So like a month ago I gameshared with this random guy and he gave me the games I wanted . After I got the games I wanted I changed my password just in case . A month later my mom gets a bill saying that I bought the games I gameshared so then I contact the
guy I gameshared with and he said he would go into my account and get a refund because I don't know how to get refunds. The guy texted me saying that I will get a refund in 24 hours or so and not to login to my account. The next day which is today my mom gets
a message saying that someone tried to buy something that's $4. SOMEONE HELP PLEASE I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!! I OWE MY MOM LIKE $100

My Xbox is saying No media

so I recently sold my Xbox 360 to someone and I was told to format the hard drive so I did because I didn't want all my personal information on it. So they texted me saying that when they turn on the Xbox it goes straight to a picture and it saying no media.
I don't know what it could be as its never done this to me when I've owned it but I've never formatted it before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.has anyone had this issue before ?

You will need to file a complaint via the console and the enforcement team will investigate from there. Calling out other users is not allowed on the forums.
