    I purchased three Great White Shark Cards during the June promotion and have not received an email with a redemption code for the bonus cards. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

    Xbox live promo for gift card

    Hey SoberRanger!

    Where you used a pre paid card to renew you won't get the free gift card. you had to renew during the promo period on the xbox dashboard via xbox live buy selecting the promo ad and so on buying the renewal online.

    xbox live rewards deposits credits into your xbox live rewards account based on a variety of activities such as purchases through MS. I got 15,000 credits in march 2016 for buying the division. I bought battlefield 1 in oct 2016 and never got the reward.
