    I was never accepted into Xbox Live Rewards! Pls Help


    I applied to this program for more than a week ago and i haven't heard back from you guys. It says there that it only takes two days but it's been like 2 weeks. Please help, thanks!

    I was never accepted into Xbox Live Rewards! Pls Help

    If you are able to log into www.rewards.xbox.com with no issues then you have been admitted to the program. There is no approval process that you would receive verification on.

    If you are unable to log in at the above website then a member of the reward team will review your account and reply to you here if there is an issue. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.

    We believe we may have found the issue, and are currently investigating. Can you roughly recall when you signed up? Was in sometime from January 7-10th? This may help pinpoint why this is occurring. Apologies for the inconvenience.
