I was mislead by Microsoft and now im suspended

So i was mislead by Microsoft and theres no way to directly speak to the enforcement team and the agent i was mislead by.

heres how it happened:

I received multiply take downs of looking for group posts for the reason of "spam" and for the 5-6 looking for group posts i made, they were over a 3 day span. so please do tell me why this is spam. So i'm worried about my account being suspended from looking
for group posts so I speak to a Microsoft agent, I asked if these could effect my account and if so what can they do? He than goes on to say that it doesn't effect my Xbox account, it effects the game that the posts were for (fallout 76) so i thought that
my game account would have had a temp ban which i wasn't to worried about. log on the next day - 7 day suspension of my XBOX LIVE ACCOUNT not my game account, so I file a request for a review, and they denied
my request for at least a reduction of my suspension. Like come on Microsoft, its Christmas cut me a little slack.

Ill leave the agents name out of this unless requested by a microsoft agent

P.S. ive put this under accessibility because I dont know what one would be best fit

Sorry for the information that was given previously. The only people that can help you with this matter is Enforcement. Being that you already have done a case review and they upheld the suspension, you will have to wait the suspension out unfortunately.
You can view the
Enforcement site if any further questions on the ban. You also can review the

code of conduct. Due to all actions have been taken and they upheld the suspension I will be locking this thread, as no one here will be able to assist you further on this matter.

Unfortunately there's not much we can do on the forums - you can speak to support, but Xbox

Ive already been there, i need someone who doesnt just look at their cheat sheet and copys and pastes what i need to do. Theres nothing that can help me on the enforcement page

Thank you very much for bringing this issue to our attention. We're sorry to hear about the account suspension. The moderators, ambassadors and volunteer moderators do not have the ability to manage enforcement actions on an account. We recommend to appeal
the decision made by
the enforcement team if your account qualifies for a case review. Since your suspension is a 24 hour suspension, the account does not qualify for a case review. The decisions are made and upheld by the enforcement team.

Okay, im not sure if this is part of the fix but im no longer permanently suspended, it just says im suspended now but it won't tell me for how long
