The enforcement team will not message you ahead of time if you're going to be banned or not. They would just ban you. No one here can tell you for sure if you are going to be banned or not.

Totally agree! My son has been banned with no reason given. Microsoft says if you are banned the details of why will be provided in the message but the message just refers you to their Ts&Cs - no specific details are given. My son is 12 - he doesn't know
how to hack the game. If no one tells him what he did wrong how can he learn from his mistakes?

Just saying, but you can actually be banned yourself for telling someone else they will be banned from Xbox LIVE. I don't remember where I heard it, but I've seen a thread in the banned forum here on Xbox.com saying that person was banned for telling people
they were going to be banned.

You need to have proof of cheating, hacking, etc.. like a video of it and send it to official Xbox team to review it. You shouldn't contact these people yourself and act like your Xbox PET. That will only end up getting you banned.

i was in a party chat and a person in the game messaged me saying to enjoy my ban and i messaged back by saying i wasnt banned then i got enformcement message few minutes later (i know everyone says they were innocent but in this case i actually was)

but from what you have said i will be removed from the program. is there no way i can get back in as i really enjoyed it
