I was logged in my Xbox 360 and I factory reset it because of the family settings.. well...

I'm truly sorry to hear that you're not able to download right now your profile in the Xbox 360

If you don't mind please answer the next questions:

Are you receiving an error code or only the "you're already signed in a Xbox" message?

If you try to download a different profile in the console, do you receive a similar message or is that happening only with that profile?

And, did you tried some procedures to fix this? If yes please describe them

Nat type is in open, every port was forward. This was all done previously before I posted onto the forum. But I did go into my router and factory reset the settings, re port forward it, as well as set the reservation ip address to my xbox (same as before) as well as setting the static ip to my xbox so it wouldn't change ip addresses everything I logged on. The factory reset on the router seems to have worked. But it could have also been because of the new warzone update as to why my dl and ul were so bad. Any ideas on how to fix ping spikes would also be appreciated

Go to family settings and then factory reset your Xbox. This should clean and refresh the family settings inside Xbox.

Well one other thing you could try, if you haven't already, is resetting your privacy settings to the factory defaults; I believe they are located in the family settings on the dashboard

Reset the old 360 network settings back to factory defaults.

Disconnect the old 360 from the internet (remove adapter).

Connect the new 360 to the network after a reset to factory defaults.

I would reboot your router/modem as well.
