I was just suspended from xbox live please help!

Hi my name is Tariq, i was just recently suspended from xbox live about an hour ago for the reason of "online cheating". I wasn't or haven't cheated on my account at all. I am telling 100% the truth because i did cheat on another account i had before and
did get banned. But the account i was recently banned on is [Moderator removed] i have earned everything legit and no cheating was done. Can anyone please help me out with this situation.

Hello and yea I was wondering it the XBL enforcement team would please read this and help me out
Last night I was playing black ops when it said dissconnected from Xbox live profile signed in elsewhere and then it said my profile was suspended and then a second later I tried to sign in on one of my other accounts and then it said I had been Console Banned and I was wondering if I could get some information on why this has happens
My gamer tag was-(Stealth Servers) guys please comment and help me out it would really help me out

im confused

i have just got an message from Xbox live saying that i got suspended but got no email so can you please help me get un suspended because i think that xbox was supposed to ban someone else thta has the same gamer tag as me

That means that your whole console is banned from Xbox Live, it most likely is 2 weeks long.

all Xbox does it look at the amount of times you have been reported so I doubt it is just your friend his fault. Xbox just does it's job.

Were you suspended from playing Call of Duty or Xbox Live entirely? If it was Call of Duty, you can be suspended for just leaving to many games early (if they are things like Clan v Clan, not core modes), but something like boosting will probably cause a
suspension of that length, because I can not imagine something like leaving causing a timeout that long. But if it is an Xbox Live Suspension, just wait it out. Something like boosting can get you suspended from Xbox Live too, not just Call of Duty, so if
you were that is probably why. I don't know what else to tell you at the moment, not thinking straight lol I need some sleep here. Anyways, I hope I was able to help somehow here.
