    I was issued two credits by Microsoft yesterday, but the Visa bank card that they issued the credits to ending in 7788 is not valid. The bank thought it was fraud and they shut the card down. I had to get a new card so I need to give you a new bank card to give me the credits. I’ve been trying to get someone to speak to, but it’s very difficult. The one 800 number can’t help me and chatting with somebody on mine. They weren’t able to help me.

    you would have to contact Support for help with this, no one here can look at your account or have anything to do with money

    I faced the same problem when buying MS Points with credit cards.

    Worst still, I was notified by my credit card issuing bank that multiple $2 charges are made to my credit card, for each failed attempt I suppose, and they suspected fraud. Now I've to temporarily suspend the card awaiting Microsoft's confirmation regarding
    the multiple $2 charges.

    In the end I use Paypal and bought the points sucessfully.
