I was invited to Preview Program but no EA Access

I got an invite to the preview program but I didn't get EA Access? Also it says my registration is pending,

Got invited to the program, message got deleted (buried) by other messages, now i cant redeem the token or access the "preview forums"

Chat support was not helpful, told me write on forums for help, but I can't access the preview Forum, Chat support verified my account and they said that I am already a member of the preview program.

Got invited to the preview program by friends again, no message so far.

I have been invited to the Preview Program multiple times but have not received an email or Xbox Live message, I also can't access the Preview forums.

I was invited before for the Halo 5 beta but forgot to join the program and I received a message then that has since expired.

 

Pending means that you have not yet been accepted in to the preview program. Even if you are you may not receive any updates to your console until the next wave of preview updates are released.

As for the EA Access app, acceptance in to the program does not necessarily mean that you will receive access to the app either. All the invites have already been sent out. You may have to wait until it is fully released to enjoy all that it has to offer.

 

Im in the preview program, fully registered. When I click on the EA access hup app it says unavailable? Its one of the quests to sign up and use ea access. Anyone know why I cant download the ea access hub app?

 

@gogginblaze - your post should have been in the preview forums as it is a preview issue. However, the EA Access beta was sent out via codes. There may not be any more now until the full version is released.

 

yeah I cant get in the preview forums. I messaged mods hours ago but I haven't heard anything back.

 

Same here. No EA Access and no preview forum.

 

i have the exact issue as goggin. i have the ea access app right there but it says "unavailable" with no code in my inbox. i am also locked out of the preview forum as well.

any help would be greatly appreciated!
