Discus and support I was hit with a suspension today and when I checked what it was for it was a duplicate... in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Long story short I was contacted by a person talking trash and I responded as such and got hit with a violation.     I was hit with a suspension today and when I checked what it was for it was a duplicate...


    Long story short I was contacted by a person talking trash and I responded as such and got hit with a violation. Fair, they baited into responding. Served my suspension and moved on.

    Today, however, I am hit with another violation and it's the same one. I am beyond frustrated that you are told to not contact anyone regarding the violations. Has this happened to anyone else, and does anyone at Microsoft actually care to address this problem?

    Just a gentle reminder that for enforcement actions there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the enforcement team. I’m so sorry but the reason and all details are only available on your end.

    I understand this situation is frustrating for you, however, I would like to let you know that no one in the community forums or someone from Microsoft support is capable of assisting with enforcement actions.

    There may be others who experienced a similar issue in this community. If your current suspension is eligible for an appeal process, you can file a case review. Here's how:

    Sign in and visit the Enforcement page. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/enforcement-history

    If you’re an organizer of an Xbox family group, you can choose the Gamertag of the account that you’re reviewing under Showing enforcements. Under Previous or Current you will find “Completed suspensions” and “Active suspensions” for your account or the account that you’ve selected.

    Choose an enforcement action to review more info about the cause and effect of the enforcement in the pop-up window.

    If the enforcement action qualifies for case review, you can select Submit an appeal to receive more info from Xbox Safety.
    After you’ve completed the form, select Submit.

    Note: Xbox won’t tolerate abusive behavior. When you submit an appeal or reply to an agent’s request for additional info, don’t abuse or threaten Microsoft employees or post profane, bigoted, or otherwise provocative content. Case review inquiries are subject to the guidelines that are outlined within the Community Standards for Xbox. Disregarding these rules may result in the closure of your case review. Especially egregious violations may result in additional Xbox enforcement action.

    I sincerely appreciate your response and I totally understand where you are coming from.

    I'm terribly sorry for what happened however the Xbox enforcement team is the only department that handles all enforcement actions. No one in the community forums or from Microsoft/Xbox Support is capable of assisting with enforcement actions.

    In addition, the Xbox enforcement team is an isolated department. The only way to reach out to them is through case review.

    It's important to note that this is a public user-to-user community forum, and none of us here work for Microsoft. I'm an Xbox gamer just like you and we do not have access to any Microsoft system.

    You have told me nothing new and continue to propagate Microsoft's twisted, fascist, and corporate governance that promotes a fake self-righteous stance that the company is tackling cyber bullying. I was wrongly hit with two violations and there is no one to talk to about this situation and everyone, including you, have continued to inform people that there is nothing anyone can do. This is a horrible business model and shows that Microsoft doesn't really care about addressing cyber bullying but rather throw a skeleton crew behind some AI and pat themselves on the back for leading the charge in a brighter future. Only children and simpletons would continue to play on a system and service that doesn't actually value their customer base and puts obstacle after obstacle in-between the customer and a person or solution. I want to be mad and disappointed but you and Microsoft have absolutely met expectations in this situation. Trash response, trash service, and trash customer support.

    not generally issued the same day the action took place. So both suspensions could be actions that took place weeks or months before.
    this is not a duplicate. I've received a full xbox live suspension ontop of a communication suspension for harassment and threats when I have a communication ban making it impossible for me to be making comments to anyone of that nature.
