    I woke up today and tried to get onto Xbox and the email on my Xbox was changed and I could not login. I have been trying to get with someone I could talk to about it but haven't If anyone knows what I could do that would be appreciated

    did a chat with a support person who suggested I call the 800 number to talk to them but she said she suspected it was a "glitch" and I hadn't been compromised..........hope so.

    i was hacked

    All you have to do is contact Xbox Support and open an Unauthorized Access Investigation which will freeze your account and it usually takes u[ to 25 days for a complete investigation. You will be refunded for any purchase not made by you.

    Could you explain what happened? Cause you will find out MS does not believe (nor most posters here) that your account can be hacked...not in the sense you mean anyway.
