    Neutral jupiter69 hacked me he is part of the sorcery clan he is a hacker and hacked my 360 account I got it back though his other hacking account is Evap_sorcery his name is cooper liegey

    HElp me plz ban he hacks ddos's and bans people ban him perma and his whole account entry

    I was Hacked

    It is against forum rules to post other users Gamertags in an attempt to "call out" or "name and shame" them. Please refrain from doing so in the future.

    The proper course of action in this situation is to File a Complaint, Block Communications and Avoid this user.

    If you believe your account was compromised in any way, it is your responsibility to IMMEDIATELY call XBox support and notify them, ask them to open an Unauthorized Access Claim.

    Hi.

    Please refrain from giving out any login details associated with your account as that violates the terms of service.

    If you have any concerns about the security of your account, head over to account.microsoft.com and change your password.

    While there, click the Security tab.

    Then click "Explore more security options".

    Then double check to ensure you have enabled 2 Step Verification on your account.

    If you feel you are being harassed by anyone on Xbox Live, report their messages and then block them.

    did a chat with a support person who suggested I call the 800 number to talk to them but she said she suspected it was a "glitch" and I hadn't been compromised..........hope so.

    i was hacked

    All you have to do is contact Xbox Support and open an Unauthorized Access Investigation which will freeze your account and it usually takes u[ to 25 days for a complete investigation. You will be refunded for any purchase not made by you.

    Could you explain what happened? Cause you will find out MS does not believe (nor most posters here) that your account can be hacked...not in the sense you mean anyway.
