    I was hacked and permanently banned


    Hello, a short time ago I had my game accounts hacked on my computer and the xbox account was one of them. I recovered all my accounts except that my xbox live account was banned because of the hacker who used my account I don't know what he did but he banned my account from xbox live. I have had my account for more than 7 years and I am really disgusted that it has been permanently banned because of a hacker that is why I am contacting you today if it would be possible to obtain a ban within xbox live. thank you for your understanding.

    Well, a permanent ban is (presumably) used for things severe enough to warrant it like hacking etc so they obviously feel a permanent ban is the only punishment sufficient enough for it and don't feel that anyone doing something like it can be trusted not to do it again
