I was hacked, and my recovery email was changed.

My Microsoft account was hacked, my recovery email was changed without my permission, and I was logged off of all of my devices, jeopardizing the contents of my One Drive on my computer. Since I have 2 step auth enabled, apparently Microsoft won't help me. This was not their policy before, and I purchased Minecraft, and this is linked to my school files. Can someone please help me with this? Thank you. I have these little screenshots that proves that I did not change this email recovery.

I tried using the 'account recovery form' however it asks for the email of the account but since it was hacked and the email was changed I dont know the email.

Thanks, but what email do i use for the recovery? i made a new microsoft account with the same email as the email in my hacked account before it was changed and im afraid i might accidentally access the new microsoft account i made.

hello so i also encountered this problem and then i got to know that an unknown account was associated to my email and then i got to know that my email was hacked i tried the recovery form but till then the hacker had changed everything then microsoft said they cant do anything very bad service btw.

Yesterday I was hacked and when I tried to recover I used my email, but the hacker removed it so Microsoft said it doesn't exist. I used the hacker's email and used the correct information in the recovery form but it says unsuccessful and cant confirm I own the account. is there anything else I can do? The hacker probably changed everything related to the recovery form so I can't do anything about it. (btw the email of the hacker ends with rambler.ru)
