I was gifted a game but the email I got had no code

Thanks for coming to the forums. You can get with the one who gifted the game to you. On the purchase history they will be able to see the 25 digit code and provide you with it. If unable to get that way, the one who sent to you will have to request a call
from support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Codes from Activision or vendors rarely are 25digits

Its usually some short code you enter in their ownarketplace not Xbox

That's what usually happens with vendors are you sure you didn't receive the code and you just not entered it in the right area?

Usually those emails.will tell you where

You can always ask activision support as its their code

I ordered from the Microsoft website. I received an email with the mustang gt350r pre order gift car from Microsoft today. I also received a 10 dolor credit gift card by email but I can't get the code to work. 86t8e94nz

Is the code I got in the email. I can't get it to redeem. So this is another issue

I did find the xbox gift card in question. It says on the Microsoft store that you will receive an email with the code that the person you wish to gift it to can input to receive the funds. So I would check if you got the emails
