I was gifted a game but still havnt received it over a hour later

I did that over 14 hours age and they still havnt acted.

Its been two week still havnt received my vbucks

I live in Canada and did receive an email with gifts attached. Took a little over an hour on the phone to confirm everything but it's legit.

As for whether they are done or not I can't say.
