I bought the bundle as a gift for a friend, I don't even see the game I added in my account at all. where is microsoft's contact email? all i can find are phone numbers.

Method 1: Redeem gift card in store

Hi, George. Game was redeemed four days ago, on 11/21/18. Installed on the same day and plays as it should ever since then. It is also registered in Purchases section (order #2081428112). No problems with gameplay/installing/redemption whatsoever. Except
it doesn't show in My Games when logged into our Xbox account on PC.

All other games and DLCs appeared immediately after purchase/redemption. Not this one, which is kind of weird. So, should I wait a few more days or? One more thing. In Purchases, this copy of Fifa 16 shows as a bundle (FIFA
16 Xbox One Console Bundle), but it's not. It says 'This bundle includes', but nothing was bundled with it, just the game (it says 'EA SPORTS™
FIFA 16). Upon further inspection Fifa 16 Xbox One Console Bundle comes with FIFA 16 game and 3 Legends on loan for 5 Ultimate Team matches. But as I mentioned before, when clicking on 'This bundle includes' nothing shows up, just the game. Maybe that's
the problem?

Upon even further inspection, two more games are not showing in My Games when logged into Xbox account on PC. But, those were neither redeemed, nor purchased via Store. Those were secondhand games (NBA2K17 and Project Cars). NBA2K17 upon multiple retries
refused to install from the disc, although it doesn't have a single scratch on it, but it did eventually dowload from the servers and plays just fine. Project Cars installed from the disc, no problem whatsoever.

All three mentioned games show up on our Xbox and are functioning properly, but our missing from My Games on out Xbox account on PC. Is there a way to refresh My Games section when logged into Xbox account on PC? Thank you.

When you redeem your code on the Microsoft Redemption page by following the link located on the Trove page, the coins will automatically be added to the account associated with that Microsoft Account (the Jenna2784 gamertag). Upon logging into Trove with
that account, the coins should be usable on the Trove store.
