I sent a game as a gift via the xbox store. It says that the code has already been redeemed on 03/2/2021. Today is 03/1/2021. So I would like to know why it can't be redeemed

Unfortunately, this isn't an option which is available. If you ask the person who gave you the code where they got the code from, you may be able to take it back to the store and get an exchange from there.

All the ones I have have been used to the fullest. If any one wants to though, I can re-redeem their codes and I'll happily gift back 2/3 of the matches.

I had the same problem, the solution is to go to the microsoft official website and redeem the code there, the problem is from the xbox one in the option of "Redeem code 2".
