    If you believe your account was compromised, you need to
    contact Xbox Live Support     and request an Unauthorized Access report form. That form can potentially be included in a case review. Support cannot undo the suspension at all, and based on how long it takes to complete the form, the suspension may lift beforehand
    (unless it's an extremely long or permanent one). That said, the review can clear the suspension from your record if it is overturned.
