    I was falsely banned and Xbox won’t help


    Hello, for the past month someone hacked my account and sent messages to people because I killed him in game of roblox. He has been threatening me and my friends. I have proof and witnesses. I have spoken with Xbox support and they said you guys found out that that was not me and would be emailing me. Xbox support said that you guys found out that there was suspicious activity on my account That was not me. I still have not been emailed. You can check I called Xbox support on Thursday and the call was 1 hour and 24 minutes. This person put all of my information out on the web and tried to login to my google account. I contacted the safety team and gave them the gamer tag of that person. This person sent and threatened the same messages using my account and my friends. THIS WAS NOT ME. I changed my pass word and put 2fa. I spoke with Xbox and they said you would email me, unban me, and remove all enforcements from the past months I have proof of him hacking me, and him sending messages with my account and I have witnesses. Xbox support won’t give me the time of day and they won’t have the Xbox safety team email me like they did before. I lot of people told me I would be unbanned. I need to get in contact with them because it was not my fault. For example if someone used your credit card without your permission or consent the bank would not make you pay it, so why should I be banned if I have a screenshot of him and my account and a message of them saying they hacked me and are threading other players with my account. Multiple Xbox call centers said they would email me and I would be unbanned. For example if a person tells me a sofa is 20$ but it’s 50 I pay 20$ because it’s there fault. The manager might fire them but I get the price they told me. So please give me a email or help me get unbanned. I talked to lawyers and they said that I have a solid case and could win a lawsuit. So many Xbox support people have literally cussed me out and hung up on me and given me a attitude even the supervisors. They have been racist and ignoring me. Please have them reach out to me or help me have support reach out to me.

    This is a community based forum so we do not have access to account information here. You would need to continue working with support if they said you would be unbanned. Otherwise, if you would like to pursue legal action, please refer to http://microsoft.com/legal

    That’s not a very nice thing for your friend to do. If it’s a false ban, you can attempt to go to the Xbox enforcement website - enforcement.xbox.com, the link feature won’t work - and submit a case review.

    And you arent supposed to use copyrighted material on your profile

    If you arent supposed to use copyrighted material then why did microsoft let him? When you select a custom gamerpic, microsoft reviews the gamerpic before they allow you to use it, if they deem it to be appropriate then your gamerpic changes. Clearly they
    deemed his gamerpic to be appropriate. This is just another example of xbox lives deeply flawed system.
    Enforcement team is only involved after its reported or the said copyright holder complains

    Dmca take down notices are enforcable by law

    Using copyrighted material is a serious offence

    Those can be issued at anytime including after the original post

    Being approved doesn't make it immune to the law or the terms of use

    Instead of relying on myths how about reading the actual enforcement site
