    I was falsely banned and denied an appeal.


    I was recently given a permanent suspension with no valid reason behind it and tried appealing and got denied, I have been a member of xbox for several years now and have had a max of 3 suspensions clearing up to me only have one current strike to my account, this shows it’s not a permanent suspension due to me reaching the max amount of strikes meaning the only possibility is enforcement thinks i did something wrong which i haven’t, i’m not financially stable enough to go out and buy another console especially the same one i had as it is the new one and took a big chunk out of my money not to mention the money i’ve spent on my account and games on top of that, the enforcement team need more knowledgeable people as i still don’t know the reasoning to why i got such a punishment.

    My account was wrongfully banned and I have the proof to show it

    Already submitted an appeal and I was denied. I think if I can actually show proof of my accusations being false which I can then I can get unbanned. It’s unfair that I can get permanently banned for something that I didn’t do.

    Whether the ban was false or not false, you will need to appeal any bans (if available to appeal) at the Enforcement website:

    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB

    That is the only place that bans can be appealed...no-one on here can help nor can customer support

    i just said my appeal was denied as i didnt even know what i was banned for as i didnt receive an email regarding the ban which is why i had to use the bbb to get in contact and was then told what my ban was for after i had appealed and was denied. it is a joke. after being banned for someone bot following my account which is out of my control and theres nothing i can do once my appeal was denied because i didnt even know what i was banned for until now.

    An appeal would be the only way to have a ban lifted. If the enforcement team denied the appeal, there is nothing else that can be done.
