I was communication banned for no reason

Discus and support I was communication banned for no reason in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; This morning while playing, I randomly stopped being able to chat ingame.     I was communication banned for no reason


    This morning while playing, I randomly stopped being able to chat ingame. I joined a friend's party and it said I couldn't talk due to privacy settings, hut my friends could still hear me. I went AFK for around an hour and came back to them not able to
    hear me, and them appeared as muted for me (I couldn't unmute them). I restarted my xbox and the enforcement message popped up showing that I was banned for another 25 hours. I was never in a party before my friend invited me and I never messaged anybody except
    for ingame, and I didn't say anything bad. Please explain/help me out.

    Nothing anyone here can do as the enforcement team don't use the forums.

    You can go to the enforcement site HERE for more info on your suspension but as it's a 24 hour suspension you would not be eligible for a case review.

    Any report filed needs to be investigated,which takes time,so your suspension was most likely for something you did days or even weeks ago.

    Calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

    The only way to report someone is via your console,it can't be done here or anywhere else.

    As the enforcement team don't use the forums you need to go to the enforcement site
    here for info on your suspension & to file for a case review if eligible.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    No one here can lift the suspension,you have been given the wrong information.

    No one will tell you who reported you either.

    The only place to contact the enforcement team is via the enforcement site
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB     via a case review but as it's a 24 hour suspension you are no eligible.

    The enforcement team do not read these forums.

    You do not get banned/suspended "for nothing",you must have said something that violated the ToU/CoC which is why you were suspended.

    You can file for a case review here if the suspension is longer than 24 hours
