This is my first communication ban and I cannot talk to my friends, send messages, gamechat, or join partys. How long am I banned for?

Won't let me send messages

I was playing gta v online and I destroyed a guy and his friends in a death match, they sent a party invite in which I accepted and they just started cussing at me and stuff, I don't have a mic so I messaged him
[Mod Removed] to the guy who invited me, so they all reported me (9 of them) over and over again. I later that week got communication banned for 2 weeks, I was wrongly reported, than after the 2 weeks it still says that I can't send messages
because of my passed behavior, please fix this as I still want to send messages to my friends.

Got banned for an “op” class

So I was playing the star war battlefront 2 beta and then this guy sends me a message and says he going to get me banned and he reported me for cheating and communication and because I was using and “op” class called the jump trooper and he got salty and
reported me and now I’m banned

Why did that response sound like an automated voice message from Cortana or Siri. I already said i know Xbox investigates the claims.

Point is these people don't play or interact with her. They are reporting her based off the knowledge that she cusses every day. But she cusses within our party and we're fine with it. It's a part of her personality. But we're not the ones reporting her.
She is getting reported by people who arent even being bothered by her. So Microsoft goes in and investigates and sees her language. But they don't take into consideration that the accounts that are reporting havent even been interacting with her.

It's like you cussing in your own private party and i dont hear it. But you did something to get on my bad side in real life a while back. It makes me mad enough to report you for any reason. I know you cuss alot so i click language and you get banned later
on for it. Your had no direct effect on me. I heard nothing you said. But you get banned. Later, Me being petty, i keep reporting you and you thinking you're safe , keep cussing within the privacy of your own party. Then you get banned again and again. This
is the situation we're in.

You all must have potty mouths it’s the only reason you would be voice/message Communication suspended because of that . And if your in party chat might wanna ask yourself who your friends really are because one of them are reporting you . If your cussing
in a open chat your just asking for a suspension or ban you are breaking the Xbox Live Terms and agreement policies .

Your saying it's more strict but people can report you even if you don't cuss and yet you still ban how is that fair I've been banned for cheating before and I've never used cheats just because someone doesn't like you... it ain't right and then people play
the witch hunting game as they post saying everyone go report this guy... Boom you are banned within minutes
