An appeal would be the only way to contact the enforcement team. If an appeal is not available, all you can do is wait it out. In situations like that, it's always best to just report and block.

See, comm ban isn't attributed by someone simply reporting you on the spot.

My alternative account got a (deserved) comm ban immediately after my message was sent.

It's a way to keep things less toxic than they used to be back in the day. You cannot appeal to said ban.

Think of it as a time out. And I guarantee you will be less likely to do the same thing again. I know I am.

Hello i was banned for hassment abuse & threatening. but i did not i have a communication banned. so how could i harass someone when i dont have the feature to message people. this report happened 3 days after my communication banned. i wasnt online until

Report any offending messages, block the user, and do not reply to any of their messages. The enforcement team should handle him (He will receive a communication ban based on how it's sounding).

for your kid to have gotten suspended he would have had to have sent an inappropriate message to the other player aswell as you cannot get banned for nothing and certainly cannot get banned for beating another player.

You can report the other player if their message broke the code of conduct, Unfortunately though 24 hour bans cannot be appealed.
