I was com banned I’m not sure why so I was asking to find out

I’ve had my account for many 6 years now and was randomly com banned im not sure why or how I’m not aware of what I did and have no intent to call the staff team unless this isn’t responded to im not sure what to do as this is a account I’ve put countless hours into and don’t wanna have to throw away

I have tried waiting to see if I can appeal but it doesn’t change at all it’s been a while now since I lost the account and when I talk to support they can’t even check for me so I’m stuck not even able to check why I am banned I have been in multiple chats to try and find out why I was banned but still no final answer on why

They denied it already I asked why did I get banned. Guess I’m switching back to PlayStation

To be honest i’m not sure if it was a permanent suspension or not but i know it was not a ban i was still able to appeal it yet i haven’t heard anything from them yet and it’s been a week or so. i can’t even log into it to ask questions or get support to see why i my suspension was put on me
