    Hey I was com banned for no reason the suspension was false is there any way this can get lifted?

    The ONLY way to get unbanned would be to go to enforcement.xbox.com and sign in with your account that is suspended it will have an orange hammer on the main page you can click on and it will show you ALL of your enforcement actions that have ever been put
    against your account IF the enforcement action is eligible you will have an option to apply for a case review.

    It will then ask you a series of questions about the code of conduct and enforcement actions ALL this information can be found on their website. Once you answer ALL of the questions correctly you will have a chance to appeal your suspension. At which point
    an enforcement agent will reinvestigate the report that was made against your account and determine if they can lift the suspension sooner. If they determine that it was a valid report and uphold the suspension that is the final decision and you would have
    to wait out the suspension.

    The ONLY thing that the xbox support team is going to be able to tell you is the length of the suspension and what priviliges were taken away they would not be able to do anything in regards to the suspension.
