I was chat banned for typing ... In a post why is that does it mean something offensive?

Nobody on the forum or in Support has access to Enforcement's systems and therefore unable to help.

Your only point of contact is via the Enforcement website HTTPS://enforcement.xbox.com and if eligible file a case review

I don't think you would be banned for posting it, but as I said in my previous post, if it does get taken down, then someone would have found it offensive. But why take the risk in the first place?

I disagree. I was suspended for messaging somebody to "calm the h*ll (yeah I censored it here because I was suspended for it on xbox) down" after he was super toxic, vulgar and offensive over text and voice chat. I've heard similar from other forums, and
it seems that enforcement just has a filter on any remotely offensive terms and just instantly sends a suspension if the account is reported.

I get you posting this for some of the radical bans, but Xbox does have a problem with suspending people for small reasons, and it's system is highly exploitable. For example, one could enter into a game chat or party chat and be offensive as they want and
Enforcement does nothing even if they're reported. Though if one message is sent back to that offensive individual with even something slightly rude in a certain light, they end up getting the enforcement action.

and thus why it's best not to respond.

As far as bots go, enforcement does not use them.
