You can try to request a refund by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders using the account where the charge is and then copy the order number. Once you have it simply go to the refund webform link here and sign in as well using the same account:

Sorry to jump in on this post but I can't work out where/how to ask my query.

I bought my son 1000 vbucks yesterday on Fortnite for £6.49 but on checking my bank today the charge has come out twice (and only 1000 vbucks not even 2000), how can I get my money back for the overcharge?

The purchase is only showing as one payment of 1000 vbucks and obviously don't want those refunded anyway as he's now used them, charge is twice on my bank!

I had a similar issue when cancelling my EA Play subscription. I tried to cancel it when I realised I was charged already, but the I checked again today and I was charged again (twice now) for EA play even though I already paid for it and then cancelled. How can I get my refund

I did as you said. It works, thanks! But it is better if you out this game into ultimate/gold game pass. It a bit confused.

And how can I get a refund for my xbox consol game pass. Since I paid today twice it would be fair if Microsoft refund me my previous purchase (I also dont know how to do it, right now I can only see my ultimate pass)
