If you can see the duplicate charges, you may process a refund at https://support.xbox.com/forms/request-a-refund

If not, its possible that it's an authorization hold that may clear off within a few business days depending on your bank's policy. You may reach out to them to verify how the authorization hold works for them.

season pass content must be downloaded in game or youll be charged twice downloading via xbox store
