    I made a post similar to this but the problem was fixed.

    Now Im having troubles because they billed me TWICE this month for Xbox live.

    I was charged 9.99 on the 12th of October , and 9.99 on the 26th of October.

    That doesn't seem like a month to me. Im not sure whats going on and Im a bit confused.

    Microsoft randomly charged me 7€

    Microsoft charged me the costs of an xbox live membership even though I already cancelled my old one on 18th october (I didn't get charged in November at all). It actually charged me twice but I already got the second one back. I'm not using my xbox at the
    moment so I would like to get my money back for something I didn't buy.

    Can someone help please. On 18th October I was charged £5.99 for Xbox gold and then on 21st October i was charged £5.99 for Xbox live gold.

    What is the difference and why have i been charged. Can't get an answer on the website
