    I made a post similar to this but the problem was fixed.

    Now Im having troubles because they billed me TWICE this month for Xbox live.

    I was charged 9.99 on the 12th of October , and 9.99 on the 26th of October.

    That doesn't seem like a month to me. Im not sure whats going on and Im a bit confused.

    Microsoft randomly charged me 7€

    Microsoft charged me the costs of an xbox live membership even though I already cancelled my old one on 18th october (I didn't get charged in November at all). It actually charged me twice but I already got the second one back. I'm not using my xbox at the
    moment so I would like to get my money back for something I didn't buy.

    Can someone help please. On 18th October I was charged £5.99 for Xbox gold and then on 21st October i was charged £5.99 for Xbox live gold.

    What is the difference and why have i been charged. Can't get an answer on the website

    Yeah it’s not for two different months it’s one month charged twice. That’s it there’s no two months just the one month. October 23rd is when it expires.

    I was able to request a refund for the one in February but not the one in October 2022. Is it too late for that charge? Look like he bought the game twice on the same day.

    I don't think that's possible if your order history is only showing one order. Please confirm that on your order history https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ if you see two orders. If it's only one order, the other charge wasn't valid. In rare cases, the other charge must be a failed payment and must have been reversed or returned. It coud take few days depending on your bank's policy when it will reflect back into your account. You could also try to reach out your bank regarding it.

    as the "main" acct holder was charged twice over two days for the gold family membership plus charged a 1 month gold membership.
