Enter the “Microsoft for Xbox Refund” page;
Make sure you are logged in with the right account;
Scroll down the page and click on the “request a refund” button;
Choose the item to request a refund;
Click on “Request a refund” again

And turn off auto-renewal:

Sign in to account.microsoft.com.
In the Subscriptions section, select View all subscriptions and select Manage next to the subscription you want to cancel.
Select Cancel Subscription or Disable Recurring Billing.

Crackdown was a Games With Gold title from August 1 - August 15 2013. It was added to the BC list today. So, if you added it back then, it will be in your Ready to Install today.

I am having the same issue. When did you pre-order red dead 2? I ask this because I pre-ordered on august 15 and have gotten mixed reports that I would only receive the gta $2 million If I pre-ordered by august 15.
